Hidden restaurant in the small mountain village of Pruno. Great food, high quality local ingredients and very friendly and helpful staff. Rain or shine it’s a good place to relax and enjoy some good wine, local recipes and the great cooking skills of Vasco, the restaurant’s chef.

A gem of a restaurant that you must visit if you are looking for authentic local cuisine from one of the best Chefs I have met. The town of Pruno is quaint and perfect for a before or after lunch/dinner walk. Get away from the hustle and bustle of beach or tourist towns and eat at Prveromo. You will not regret it! guaranteed.

Such a quaint yet stunning restaurant. We stumbled upon it while walking through the quaint town of Pruno. Even though it was already after hours, the host welcomed us with open arms and served us delicious coffee and pastries. The food was amazing and the views were incredible. Definitely recommend making the trip to come here.

We were there in 2001 and always wanted to come back. It is the most charming little place in Italy I have ever seen. This time the town was even more beautiful. The restaurant was great and we were treated like friends even though it was after hours. I hope we will be back for a huge delicious dinner. Love it!!!!
